Exercise images

Many of the exercise demonstration images on this platform come from the free-exercise-db collection assembled by Yuhonas, which is built on wrkout/exercises.json, originally sourced from Everkinetic.

The licence permits commercial use. It requires credit to the creator, a link to the licence and a note of any changes, and it requires adaptations of the images to be licensed on the same terms. Our adapted versions of these images are available under CC BY-SA 4.0. ShareAlike applies to the images and our adaptations of them, not to the rest of the platform. The creator provides the images as they are, without warranties, as set out in the licence.

Our own media

We are gradually replacing these images with photos and videos we produce ourselves. Media we produce is not covered by CC BY-SA and belongs to SSF WORKOUTS. This page stays published for as long as any CC BY-SA image is in use.

Exercise text

The exercise names, muscles, equipment and instructions in the original dataset are published under the Unlicense (a dedication to the public domain).

Other photographs

Some decorative photographs on our public pages come from Unsplash, under the Unsplash License. They illustrate training in general; they are not our customers and do not show results.

Training content

The design and structure of our programmes, form cues, common mistakes and coaching notes are produced by SSF WORKOUTS and protected by copyright. You may use them for your own training under the Terms.

AI illustrations

Future Self images are made from the photo you upload. We claim no rights over your photo or the illustration made from it. Each illustration is marked in the image itself as AI-generated, is stored privately, and can be deleted by you at any time.
