Standing Biceps Stretch
How to perform
- 01Clasp your hands behind your back with your palms together, straighten arms and then rotate them so your palms face downward.
- 02Raise your arms up and hold until you feel a stretch in your biceps.
Form cues
- Control the lowering phase — that is where most of the growth stimulus lives.
Common mistakes
- Using momentum instead of the target muscle.
- Cutting the range of motion short to add load.
- Bouncing into the stretch instead of holding it.
